How do I register for a retreat?

We require $1500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place in a Foreword Retreat.
The balance is due not less than 180 days prior to the start of the retreat.

Foreword Retreats will return your deposit if a retreat is canceled due to insufficient registrations.

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time the deposit is paid.

Payment

After we receive your registration form, checked waiver and deposit, a separate confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you don’t receive this email, please contact us immediately.

Foreword Retreats will send you an invoice for the balance 210 days prior to the start of the retreat.
The balance is due not less than 180 days prior to the start of the retreat.
In the event that the full retreat fee is not received 180 days prior to the start of the retreat, you forfeit your deposit and your registration is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, please send us an email at: registration@forewordretreats.com with “cancellation” in the subject line. The following cancellation policy shall apply:

181 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:
a non-transferable credit for any amounts paid, less the deposit, which can be applied toward another Foreword Retreat of equal or greater value.

0-180 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:
No refunds or credits shall be given for any reason.

If you must cancel within this 180-day period, you will need to contact your travel insurance company for reimbursements.

What happens if Foreword Retreats reschedules a retreat?

Do I have to find my way to the retreat?

We include scheduled local transport in our retreats: to and from the nearest airport or train station, and to and from scheduled activities.
